This 26 Pages long trade-book project recalls the presentation on DASEIN, the exhibition in a book form to represent a new meaning informing a renewed sense of memory that reflects while reading back and forth through pages.
Reflecting on Kolkata, India’s one of the major cities’ liberal economic reformation, Riju’s lens quietly contemplate on the matter of fact moments that make the everyday of the city.
Without any diaristic method he tries to build up a renewed relationship with his current "being”-ness in the States side in conversation with his “home”-land.
With a focus on an idea of dream and reality, decay and expectation that dwells as a spirit of a landscape.

This 104 Pages long hardcover photo-book project, published by blurb, recalls the presentation is a book form of two exhibitions that I did for student exhibition in University of Oregon.
The project is based on the idea of non linearity of the movement of memory through dreams.
The image being an indexical phenomenon takes away this “slippage” that is impossible to behold.
Based on the idea of metaphor this work expects the reader to engage with the images through an engaging eye of repetitive motif to address the complex relationship that an image imposes on language in greater phenomenon.
